IMPORTANT REMINDERS - Registration Ends Midnight, OC1/OC2 Waiver, Crew Info Sheet, Shuttle Tickets

Aloha,

We are almost there! Only a few days to go before the 50th annual Queen Liliuokalani Races begin. To make sure the event runs smoothly, we wanted to remind people of a few things before this Thursday rolls around.

NO IN-PERSON REGISTRATION. REGISTRATION CLOSES ONLINE AT 12:00 MIDNIGHT HST ON WEDNESDAY
There is no walk-in, in-person registration for our event. In order to allow registration to run as smoothly as possible, the registration room will only be passing out race packets and checking crews waivers and (if applicable) copies of paddlers IDs. So if you have not yet signed up, be sure to do so before noon on Thursday, as, at that time, registration will be closed for all races. We only need the registrant to come in with their applicable waivers, copies of IDs, etc..., please do not bring in your entire crew!

Please be sure to know either your registration number(s) (example: 2668-050422-1297)
, the name of the person who registered or the club name so we may find you more easily when you check-in. We prefer the person who registered is the one who comes in to get the race packet(s).

Registration is open:

  • Thursday: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

OC1/OC2 WAIVER REQUIRED

There is a second waiver that participants must complete if they are racing in the OC1/OC2 races on Sunday. Please turn this in addition your regular HCRA waiver. OC1/OC2 WAIVER AVAILABLE HERE.

CREW INFORMATION SHEET FOR SATURDAY RACES

Please be sure to complete your Saturdays crew information sheets AVAILABLE HERE. The sheet is used during the live feed to give information about the crews from all around the world racing on Saturday. You can either turn in this sheet during registration or email to amy@kaiopua.org.
